Test level added. Camera zoom.

- Test level has been added.
- Provides a manual spawn UI, a large amount of starting coins and a slightly modified HUD to help people who are trying to figure out the game works at any level of play.
- Camera can now be zoomed in and out via scroll wheel.
- Future update will change how zoom works to instead lower the camera rather than modify the FOV.
